
Fiona Levett - Trainer
Fiona is an accredited personal trainer who has specialised in boxing.
Fiona has a strong background in running and organising bootcamp sessions with a mix of strength and cardio workouts.
Fiona is also a qualified Metafit coach developing classes that are high in intensity and that have a core focus on using only bodyweight for building strength or losing weight.
With these skills, Fiona runs most of our box till your drop sessions and all our Metafit classes.

Jacquelyn Murray - Trainer
Jacquelyn is a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer who has worked in the health and fitness industry for almost ten years.
Jacq started out as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor before sparking a passion for good nutrition with led her into the physical and spiritual movement of yoga.
While yoga is her latest passion, Jacq also leads a fantastic cardio session and in addition to her flow and yoga classes runs our boxing and HIIT classes.

Sam Hutchinson - Trainer
​
Sam is a trained fitness instructor and personal trainer who is currently studying a Bachelor of Applied Fitness at ACPE Sports College.
As an Avoca local, Sam loves nothing more than team sports and is passionate about keeping fit and healthy.
Sam usually runs our high intensity and strength based classes. Aside from personal training, Sam is a sprint kayaker who has represented Australia.
When not leading Fitness Fix classes, you'll often see Sam kayak training on Avoca Lake.

Amber Murphy - Owner, Trainer
Amber is the owner of Fitness Fix and has led an active lifestyle being involved in various sports and running from a young age. Amber holds a Certificate IV in Personal Training and Fitness Instructing and is a fully qualified aqua aerobics instructor. She has also become an accredited Master Trainer completing her studies with the Australian Institute of Fitness.

Amber is an Avoca local who has lived on the Coast for more than 10 years and is a proud Mum and member of the local surf club and soccer club.
​
The weekly Saturday running class as well as Body Blast, HIIT, TRX and Aqua classes are run by Amber and she also offers one on one PT sessions.

Caroline Spence - Trainer

Caroline is a WETS accredited Aqua Instructor and a certified Fitness Instructor.
Caroline has been into fitness for over 30 years being an athlete from her school days and a marathon enthusiast in her home country, Malaysia. The TRX (suspension training) is her personal favourite having done it for more than 10 years now.
She incorporates the Tabatha and HIIT routine into all her TRX and Kettlebell classes. Her classes are kept exciting by new TRX and kettlebell moves introduced every week. There’s always room for progression in the TRX world she believes, as working using your own body weight is what TRX is all about.
Caroline also teaches Aqua Aerobics at the Coast’s swim centres 3 times a week incorporating fun aerobics moves and workouts in the water.
Her other passion is Pilates and Caroline is a certified Reformer Pilates Instructor.
A mum of 2 from Kincumber, Caroline has been living on the coast passed 10 years now, and finds there’s no better place to have a great fitness lifestyle than up here with our beautiful beaches everywhere!! She also loves her wine now and then!
