This class will challenge you in every way, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) has been proven to be the fastest and most effective way to get fit and look great! Our version is a combination of body weight and equipment with heaps of fun that changes every class.
METAFIT
Metafit is the original 30 minute metabolic workout that just keeps working! Great music, effective workouts, maximum results!
RUN BOY, RUN
Running based class with a few extra exercises thrown in for fun, could be the beach, the oval, Austral, the stairs or Winnie Bay. Come along and see and work on your running technique, endurance and strength.
STRENGTH CIRCUIT
Have fun in this class making your way around the circuit focusing on strength and cardio.
AQUA / WATER WORX
Like to train hard but want something different? Try this fast paced workout in the water.
TRX
Suspension Training bodyweight exercises develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. Challenge your strength and endurance with this full body TRX workout; your body will thank you for it!

Our early morning 30 minute high intensity class to maximise your fitness and burn calories.
TRX / WEIGHTS
Just like our TRX class this one uses the TRX suspensions for double the fun and double the fitness. This class uses a combination of TRX and weights for maximum strength results.
ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING
One-on-One Personal Training is simply you and your personal trainer. If you are new to fitness or you have specific training needs and goals this is a great option for you. You get to choose the time that suits you and your program is personalised to achieve maximum results.
